Refund Policy for The Online Man:

At The Online Man, we strive to provide exceptional services to our clients. Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness in our business transactions. Please review the following terms for each of our main services:

  1. Website Building:
    • If, after multiple revisions (as specified here), the client is not satisfied with the visible results without receiving the files, a full refund can be requested.
    • Once the final files are delivered, no refunds will be possible.
  2. Copywriting & SEO:
    • The refund is available for Copywriting & SEO services, only if we don't respect the terms of the service offer.
    • We offer multiple revisions to ensure the content meets your expectations.
  3. Videos & Ads:
    • Multiple revisions are included to guarantee your satisfaction. 
    • If the client is not satisfied after revisions, a full refund can be requested.

P.S: We are not responsible for any issues you may encounter with our partner, 'Billo.app.' They have their own support team that you can contact to resolve your problem.

     4. Paid Media:

    • If, within 30 days, we fail to achieve breakeven or demonstrate profitability, the client is eligible for a full refund.
    • Alternatively, the client may choose to extend the service for another month if progress is evident.
    • Usually, Significant results appear after 3 months.

General Notes:

  • Refund requests must be made in writing to services@theonlinaman.com.
  • Refunds are processed within 3 - 5 business days after receiving the refund request.
  • Any work completed and delivered to the client will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Revisions will be discussed and agreed upon between the client and The Online Man team.
